Return & Refund Policy

At Little Legends Co., we are committed to providing premium-quality kids' apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Personalized Products
Personalized or custom-name T-shirts are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless:
The product is damaged.
The product is defective.
You received the wrong item.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing mansidoshi10@gmail.com with:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the product.
Photos of the packaging.
After verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Size Exchange
Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

5. Return Shipping
For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Little Legends Co. will bear all return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or incorrect).
Sale or clearance items.
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
